Fuji apples used to be my favorite until Honeycrisps came along.  Over the weekend, I discovered what is probably one of my favorite salad dressings ever: Fuji Apple Vinaigrette.  Delicious on a bed of greens with blue cheese crumbles and candied walnuts.  YUM!  I've also been enjoying Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider lately.

  1. I loved everything apple while pregnant with our son. I ate at least 3 lbs of apples a week! Funny!
